I had it up and running in just a few minutes with no hassle. the whole thing was a really smooth experience from start to finish.

I bought a pair of haylou earbuds and, i was in a good mood when they first arrived because they sounded decent right out of the box. For the price, the audio was fine and I thought I’d found a nice budget option.

After a few weeks, though, the case lid started getting loose and one of the earbuds developed a small rattle inside. They still work, but the materials feel kind of cheap, so I’m a bit disappointed. Not terrible, but I expected them to hold up better.

I bought these Haylou earbuds thinking the battery would last me at least a few days, but it drains so fast. Like, I’ll use them for a bit and then they already need charging again. The case doesn’t seem to hold charge that well either, which is really frustrating. The sound is okay, it’s not bad, but I feel like I’m constantly charging them, constantly checking the battery. Kind of defeats the purpose. Not really happy with them.

I ordered from haylou.com and the tracking had me a little unsure. It stayed on the same update for a few days, so I couldn’t really tell if the package was moving or just sitting somewhere.

I did message support and they got back to me, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. The reply was basic, mostly just told me to wait a bit longer. Compared to some other stores where the updates are more... yeah, this wasn’t quite as smooth.

The order did arrive in the end though, and the item itself was totally fine. I’m glad it showed up, but the tracking experience could definitely be better. I’d give it 3 stars

I’ve been using it for a bit now and the battery seems to fill up really fast. Haven’t run into any issues so far, so I’d say it’s doing the job well.

I got these Haylou earbuds mostly for work calls, and they’re alright. The sound on my end is fine, no real complaints there. But the mic is kind of hit or miss. If I’m indoors, people can usually hear me okay, but once I’m outside or there’s even a little background noise, they say I sound muffled or like I’m cutting out a bit. Not awful, just... I was hoping the mic would be a little clearer.

I tried reaching out to customer service, but no one ever replies. You send a message and then it’s just silence. Frustrating.

I’ve been using the Haylou app with my watch for a few weeks now, it’s been straightforward. Pairing the watch was quick, and I didn’t have to poke around forever just to find the settings.

Most of the time, my steps and sleep data sync without any trouble. The layout is simple, clean enough, and not confusing, which I appreciate. For a free app, yeah, I’m happy with it

Pretty good overall. Bass hits okay, sound is clear, though the highs get a little sharp sometimes.

I ordered these from Haylou and they work alright overall, but the fit just hasn’t been great for my ears. Also, I got a little confused because the email seemed to say one thing while the site/order info looked like another, so that didn’t help the experience much.
After about 30 minutes, my ears start feeling sore, and one side keeps getting loose when I’m walking around. I tried switching to the other ear tips, but it still didn’t really fix the problem for me.
They might fit other people perfectly fine, so maybe it’s just my ears, but I don’t see myself using them every day. I was hoping they’d be more comfortable, so I’m kind of disappointed...

I’ve been feeling mentally drained lately, so I just need things to work without making me think too much. These Haylou earbuds connect to my phone really fast every time, even if I haven’t used them for a few days. No random dropouts so far either, so I’m happy with them.

The noise cancelling does cut out most of the bus noise, which is nice for my daily commute. It doesn’t block everything, but I wasn’t really expecting total silence. That said, after using it a bit, I’m starting to feel less confident in how consistent it is, so my trust in it has definitely dropped a little. Still good enough for everyday use, just not as impressive as I first thought.

I’ve been using this daily and, for the most part, the step count and heart rate readings seem accurate. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the sleep tracking can be a little off sometimes. Hoping they improve it soon or offer some kind of compensation for the inconvenience.

My haylou firmware updates have been reliable. I haven’t had any weird disconnects after updating, the battery reading still looks normal, and the app didn’t suddenly mess anything up or... yeah. It just works, which is really all I was hoping for.

I got these haylou earbuds the sound is decent for the price. I’m not trying to be overly picky or say they’re bad, because they’re not, but the touch controls do get on my nerves sometimes. They work, just not always on the first tap, and I’ve accidentally paused my music a few times while trying to adjust them in my ears. Maybe it’s just me and I need more time to get used to them. Overall they’re fine, just not perfect

I had to deal with a return through the warranty process, it felt slow. The weird part is, the actual issue wasn’t that complicated, but getting everything moving took way longer than I expected

I grabbed these from haylou.com because I really didn’t feel like spending a bunch of money on earbuds. I was expecting something basic, but then I tried them and was like, wait, these actually sound good? For the price, I’m impressed.
Delivery was normal, setup took almost no time, and the battery has been solid so far. The case feels decent too. I mean, they’re not some fancy high-end pair or anything—actually, who cares, they do exactly what I need. I’m happy with them and I’d buy them again

I ordered a pair of earbuds from haylou.com and the earbuds themselves are fine, nothing amazing but they do the job. The shipping was the annoying part though, haha. It took almost 3 weeks to show up, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on.

Customer support did get back to me after a couple of days, but they didn’t really give much of an explanation. Overall, not a horrible experience, but definitely not ideal. If you need something fast, I’d probably look somewhere else or at least be ready to wait

It looked a lot nicer in the pictures online, but in person it just doesn’t have the same feel. It’s kind of bulky and there’s something about it that makes it look a bit cheap, not as clean or sleek as I thought it would be. The colors also seem duller than expected. I was hoping it would look better

It worked fine at first, but something about it just didn’t seem built to last. It ended up breaking way sooner than I expected.
